Why do you need my flight number?
Your flight number is important because it helps the rental company track your flight in case of any delays. In this case they may be able to hold the car for you for up to an hour.
If your flight is delayed we always recommend that you call us directly using the phone numbers on your rental vouchers.
If you’re not arriving on a flight, you can put ‘WALK IN’ instead of a flight number.
